Victoria holds a B.Agric in Agricultural Economics from the University of Benin, Edo State,
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and currently pursuing Masters in Marketing and Innovation (MA) at the Metropolitan School Of Business UK . She is an experienced Business Development Consultant with a focus on the Agricultural Sector While Victoria’s previous roles had a leaning towards Information Technology, upon joining BOI-ITC, her passion for the agro-allied sector was re-ignited as she began to work on developing the businesses of SME’s in that sector. In other to successfully understand the SME space she has undergone several training with London Business School (MOOC), Lagos Business School, Metropolitan School Of Business UK, and Centre for Development Innovation, Wageningen UR Netherlands She is currently the Agribusiness Expert at BOI Investment and Trust Company, a subsidiary of the Bank of Industry Nigeria, a Fellow Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Senior Member Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, and Fellow Institute of Agribusiness Management Nigeria. Her passion for youth and women development has prompted her to volunteer as mentor for Google Accelerator Launch Pad (2017), Lagos State Government Ready Set Work Program (2017), International Business Accelerator (2018), which has improved the lives of over 82 youths and women.
She has worked as Resource person for Post-Harvest Loss Alliance for Nutrition (PLAN), TLS services Ltd, Edo Women for Agriculture and Enterprises to mention a few, Lagos State Ministry of Health and Environment, Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture, Lagos State Ministry of Education. She is an advocate for Agribusiness growth in Nigeria and a subject matter Speaker.
She currently sits as Board adviser for Umuebe Farms Ltd, Braval Apparel Nig. Ltd, Lexcel Plastics and Products Ltd, Edo Women for Agriculture and Enterprises, Agribusiness Capital Ltd, African Agribusiness Alliance and Freeway Farms Nig. Ltd.
Victoria is the Initiator of SlumInclusion, an advocacy program aimed at financially including youths that are vulnerable and disadvantaged in Nigeria through Agribusiness schemes. She is co-initiator of the SupportforAfricaSMEs aimed at propagating hope to entrepreneurs’ during the COVID-19 by sharing their stories of innovation, creativity, struggles and successes on social media.
She is happily married with 3 amazing children.

My experience in the cocoa business has developed a huge passion for the chocolate and the cacao sector and all the processes involved. This lead me to become a fine flavour cocoa representative and distributor in order to provide chocolatiers with the best quality raw materials for their creations.
Tolulope is an entrepreneurial communications professional, with exceptional skills in strategic business collaborations, business communications and public relations. She is the Founder and Team Lead at Mosron Communications, a growing bespoke public relations consultancy practice in Lagos, Nigeria. Tolulope is also the Founder of Nigerian Women in Public Relations, a community created to support, inspire and empower female public relations professionals of Nigerian descent across the world.
With a vast experience garnered over 14 years’ working across various sectors of the economy, Tolulope has founded and expanded 3 businesses over the last 10 years with an appreciable level of success. She is a strong advocate of customer-centric brand positioning for growing brands online.
Ms Olorundero is the lead facilitator of the Mosron Training Series, an annual CSR training event organized by Mosron Communications. Tolulope has also facilitated trainings at the Nigerian Publishers Association, African Women in Media Conference, Ondo State Government annual bootcamp for girls as well as the School of Media and Communications, Pan Atlantic University. She teaches corporate and crises communication, digital entrepreneurship, personal branding for C-suite professionals and entrepreneurs, LinkedIn optimization as well as writing and communications skills.
Tolulope Olorundero is an alumna of the prestigious School of Media and Communications and a certified Public Relations professional in Nigeria. She is the author of two e-books: LinkedIn Optimization for Professionals and Business Communication Strategies for Digital Entrepreneurs and Sales Professionals.
Olusola Sowemimo holds a B. Law (LLB) from the University of Lagos. After her undergraduate studies, she proceeded to the Nigerian law school. She is CIPD certified ( UK).
A trained lawyer with numerous experiences. Currently she is a partner at Seyi Sowemimo and co, she has brought the best out of people through business and social etiquette as a certified etiquette consultant, executive coach, certified trainer at Queenelle consulting. She has worked as a management coordinator, a legal assistant and a human resource personnel at various organizations including Nigeria LNG limited, UTC group.
Olusola’s passion for a healthy lifestyle created another entrepreneurial engagement for her to become an organic farmer which she founded a certified organic farm called Ope farms. Ope farms produces vegetables with no chemical additives.
She is a faculty member at school of eloquence where she has developed people to speak with power.
Aminu Bako Mohammed is a consummate businessman, boardroom expert, and a serial entrepreneur with precocious talent and impactful delivery.
Bako’s professional experience spans through the Oil and gas, manufacturing, information technology, hospitality and agricultural industry.
He was previously the Executive Director, Finance, Mutunci Company Nigeria Limited and former Managing Director of Almo Gases Limited.
Currently, he is the COO of Petrotrans Integrated Services and also a Director in Grampian Solutions Ltd, Shiroro Hotels Ltd, and Glentree Global Ventures Ltd. Worthy to note, he is the Founder of Technopreneur Livestock Institute, Kontagora (TELIK), Board member, Bako Kontagora Development Foundation (BKDF) and the Chairman CEO of Bako Ranch Limited.
Bako ranch provides a range of capacity building programmes on practical agriculture and cottage agro-based enterprises which aids strategic response in helping government and the Nigerian society at large to build capacity in the agricultural value chain and appropriate empowerment for the unemployed youths.
In conjunction with its World Bank certified resource persons; the ranch has so far trained over 2,500 young men and women in practical agricultural skills in areas such as crop production (rice and sorghum); livestock fattening, sheep and goat rearing, poultry farming, cottage yoghurt production, rice processing and fish farming.
