Damilola holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan. She has over two years of experience in the agricultural sector. She has served in few agribusiness organisations as an administrative officer and project coordinator. As a project coordinator, she acquired some facilitation skills by creating, analysing and executing agricultural initiatives that are beneficial to urban dwellers and ensuring they eat and live healthy while growing food in their homes. Currently, she works as Training Associate at FutuX AgriConsult Limited where she is saddled with the responsibilities of coordinating agricultural trainings, creating training curriculum that supports various agribusiness activities.

Outside of her professional career, she volunteers with a girl – based community organisation, GirlAfrique and serves as the Project Welfare Officer overseeing the activities and well-being of about 32 volunteers within the organisation as well as giving academic guidance to teen girls. Damilola is passionate about sustainable development through agribusinesses in other to reduce food security.

She is a fellow of Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI RLC West Africa with a certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship.
